25-year-old brother revokes his $2000 pledge towards his sister's wedding when she uninvites him for making a joke about the groom: 'If I'm not good enough for her wedding, then my money isn't either'

Insulting the groom is a rite of passage in a lot of family weddings, but for this touchy groom, one poorly timed joke was enough to kick his future brother-in-law off the guest list. Perhaps it's a spicy take on this particular family scenario, but to me, it seems like this was blown out of proportion. The sister and brother must also have a history of strife because there's no reason a person would uninvite their sibling from their wedding over such a simple comment—and a funny joke at that! 

I guess the groom thought he was much more handsome than Ryan Reynolds—that's the only way he could have taken this joke the wrong way. Regardless, this family drama sparked some spicy debate in the comments. You can be the judge of right and wrong…
